Greg Holmes - Licensed Real Estate Consultant

Greg was born and raised in Coquitlam, BC. His parents, like so many Vancouverites, relocated here from the Prairies back in the 70's to enjoy the west coast lifestyle and opportunities. Having experienced many long road trips back to Alberta and Saskatchewan and travelling and living abroad, he has come to see why his parents moved here. Very few places in the world can compete with the future economic growth, natural beauty and the outdoor recreation that this city can offer.

As his life evolved, Greg has lived in different parts of the city including Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, New Westminster, the West End of Vancouver, Richmond and South Surrey. Married for more than seven years, Greg and his wife, Liz, travelled extensively before coming back home. Moving has given him the aptitude to anticipate potential problems thus ensuring his clients a smooth buying and selling process. He understands first-hand the excitement and uncertainties of relocating.

Together, Greg and Liz combined their entrepreneurial spirits in their previous business venture; an award-winning catering enterprise which they operated for more than three years. Exceptional at building client relationships and creating highly-effective marketing strategies, he attributes his success to identifying an untapped target market, listening to the needs of the client, and a natural creative flair. Through this successful experience, it honed his skills as a manager, leader, strategic thinker, and negotiator; all attributes that have equipped him well to be the successful real estate consultant he is today.

Greg graduated from Simon Fraser University with a BA in Geography and a Certificate in Urban Studies. He has a solid knowledge of local government policies and procedures. As a self-proclaimed geography buff, he has a genuine interest in issues related to city planning, including the development of regional town centres, economic growth, and social and environmental issues. With technological advancements in the mapping industry, Greg is fully prepared to stay on top of the latest trends that resources such as Google Earth and Google Maps can provide to real estate sales.

Liz Holmes - Licensed Real Estate Consultant
As the eldest daughter of a construction foreman who built a modest empire building, selling and leasing residential homes in Cloverdale and commercial warehouses in Port Kells, she was often by his side on the job-site. From her Dad, she learned the value of hard work and dedication at a very young age. Having experienced land development, sales and leasing up close and personal, she comes by her interest in real estate rightfully.

Formerly, she was President of an award-winning catering corporation in Richmond, BC. Liz's passion for excellence, strong work ethic, and a committment to exceed expectations led her on her way to accept the 2006 Business Excellence Award in the Young Entrepreneur category, presented by the City of Richmond and the Richmond Chamber of Commerce. With the knowledge of what it takes to succeed in business, Liz took the opportunity to sell the catering enterprise and begin her pursuit of her true passion; the real estate industry.

In her time away from business, Liz enjoys spending time with her daughter Sydney. They both take their dog, Amber for walks around the neighbourhood and the city. As Liz has a sweet tooth, she enjoys baking, but makes sure to balance that out with some outdoor exercise including, hiking, camping and biking with the family.

Like many sports teams, we have our own mascot, too. Her name is Amber, a female Hungarian Vizsla. Like her owners, Amber loves the great outdoors, whether it be hiking, camping, tobogganing, or swimming. At home, she believes that sofas were made especially for her.

A highly affectionate, intelligent and very obedient dog, the Vizsla is the smallest of all the pointer-retriever breeds. In the field, Vizslas are known to be very diligent workers, and they listen attentively to their owners. Vizsla are exceptionally fast, always enthusiastic, known for their strong drive and have an excellent nose to track and hunt.
