PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHS:
Since we're talking about the largest investment a person ever makes, when it comes time to selling, you shouldn't consider it like selling furniture on craigslist by simply taking a few quick digital photos and posting them online. Unlike many other real estate agents, we recognize this, and we make sure our photos make a positive first impression. We hire a professional photographer who takes dozens of pictures of your property. Furthermore, he uses enhanced flash photography to get the brightest shot possible to ensure he meets our high-quality standards. FLOORPLAN OF YOUR HOME:
You get them when you attend a showhome at a new development...so why shouldn't you have one when you sell your home, too?!? With our marketing package, we hire professionals to measure and design an accurate floorplan of your home. 


A COMPLETE EFFORT WHEN PROMOTING YOUR OPEN HOUSE:
We work very closely and work together with our clients when preparing for an open house. Preparing for an open house is a lot of work for the homeowner and we recognize that. So we do a lot of work on our end prior to hosting an open house. We consider it a big neighbourhood event, and promote it with flair and energy. We know that people who attend open houses will likely visit several on the same day. Therefore, we've devised a plan to make our clients open houses stand out from the competition.

Your open house responsibilities:
* Ensure all members of the home are absent during the entire length of the open house.
* Leave the home at least 1/2 hour prior to the start of the open house, and allow for an extra 15 minutes
   at the end as last-minute stragglers always seem to come through your property at the very end.
* Clean your dishes, put away dirty laundry, hide and tidy all childrens toys, and basically do everything you
   can to make your home sparkle.

Our open house responsibilities:

   turned on, the blinds are wide open and
   do a last-minute run-through of the
   property to make sure everything is
   tucked away neatly.
* Display as many directional signs as
   possible to filter traffic to your open
   house.
* We advertise online in the days leading
   up to an open house in an effort to
   generate additional traffic. This means we
   organize the open house days before it
   occurs.
* Provide detailed feature sheets about
   your property (see samples to the right).
   We use full colour printed on high-
   quality paper, with professional photos,
   and contain additional info.
* We stay/ right to the end of our
   scheduled open houses...even if it's a
   slow day. Because you never know
   when the right person is going to come through the door. Plus, we believe it's poor etiquette if we
   advertise an open house, and then shut down early.
